A global law firm is looking for an IT Manager, APAC leading a team of 5 support the IT activities across Asia offices, and working closely with the headquarter IT based in London. The IT Manager, APAC will be expected to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business and quickly develop a keen understanding of the needs and preferences to the customers.
Performance management to ensure the team are following company processes and delivering standard service
Ensure that all the computer system, equipment, networks and mobile technology offerings are operating reliably and quickly.
Collaborate with headquarter to craft the long-term IT strategy
Project management (plan, budget, scope, risks, interdependencies and quality) and liaison with internal and external clients.
Providing 2nd and 3rd line support directly when needed.
Working with other IT managers for continuous improvement and service delivery.
Train and develop team member capability to improve skills and performance.
Work with the IT Director for Budgeting and cost management
Ad hoc duties when required.
Minimum of 8 years related IT experience, prefer from law firm
Ability to collaborate across a broad range of stakeholders in a partnership environment.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise multiple varied deliverables with demonstrable organisational and time management skills.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
