About the Role Based in Hong Kong, reporting to the Global IT Director, you will be working closely with the Management Team to ensure Technology priorities are set to reflect priorities of business, and deliver against it. You will apply best practice across Service Delivery, Operational Support, and Change Management and partner with Technology and Digital teams to ensure seamless transition of new initiatives into a production environment.
About the Candidate
Bachelor graduate in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 8 - 10 years of working experience in IT Operational Support space with business-facing exposure
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels
Good business mind-set, outgoing, and confident with experience managing the IT at a Global/Regional level
Strong experience in IT Service Management with an industry recognized qualification
Proven track record in project management with recognized qualification is desirable
Strong technical background across systems, networks & infrastructure
Prior experience working in retail / customer goods / marketing industry is preferred
Excellent communication skills with strong sense of latest technologies and able to drive innovative changes and suggestions
Complete fluency in English and Cantonese is required

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
