Headquartered in Hong Kong, our client is a fast expanding holistic solution provider in the health & wellness industry. With an innovative approach, it provides an extensive range of bespoke products and services such as neurological rehabilitation program and wellness enhancement to its customers. Due to rapid business growth in Greater China region, they are looking to recruit an experienced Indirect Procurement Manager to join the Hong Kong office.
About the Role
This is a newly created role and you will report to the Assistant General Manager. You will be a key member in setting up and managing the procurement department and ensuring the acquisition of goods, works and services are based on effective procurement process. Your key responsibilities will include managing strategic procurement, reviewing and negotiating contracts for bulk or major purchases of office supplies, facility management, asset, equipment, MRO, insurance programs, business travel, professional services, printing and IT purchase etc. You will also optimise relationships with suppliers and support the ability to align integration initiative with core suppliers. In addition, you will drive cost saving and quality enhancement opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
Suitable candidates will have at least 8 years of indirect/corporate procurement experience within the health & wellness industry. You will be knowledgeable in supplier and contract management, and also familiar with procurement processes, practices and procedures. Good command in Mandarin & English is required.
