职位描述:
-负责客户关系维护,定期跟踪、随访,收集客户意见,了解客户动态,及时反馈给对应站点经理;
-对项目进行拓展及维护,负责项目沟通与客户的对接工作;
-负责协调公司内外部资源,开拓内部市场,整合内部资源;
-负责对渠道客服品质的监督与管理;
-负责针对公司开拓不同渠道销售业绩达成的管理;
-以客户生命周期管理为基础,识别关键客户需求和特征,推动公司业务、制定策略;
-建立客户管理关键指标体系,跟踪指标完成情况并进行投产分析,定期编制和发布客户关系管理关键信息;
-建立客户服务质量标准体系,推动并监督项目组客户服务流程,不断提升客户服务质量;
-完成公司领导交办的其他工作。

要求:
-本科及以上学历,专业不限;
-熟练的英语口语、阅读、书写能力;
-良好的社交沟通能力和说服能力,能承受较大的工作压;
-有3年以上呼叫中心管理经验;
-4年以上客户关系管理及商务谈判工作经验;
-熟悉office软件;
-有良好的团队合作精神,有敬业精神;
