Our client is a high profile and fast growing company in the aviation industry. With a strong market presence and continual aggressive business growth, an opportunity has arisen for a talented HR professional to join the team.

About the Role
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the overall talent acquisiton and development. Sepcific duties will include recruitment and selection, keep track of staff movement to identify specific hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies. In addition, you will also be responsible for preparation of regular talent reports, update HR records and filing as well as review policies and procedures on talent acquisition and development.

About the Person
  • Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience
  • Well versed with labour ordinance and related legal regulations in Hong Kong
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
