About the Role Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the overall talent acquisiton and development. Sepcific duties will include recruitment and selection, keep track of staff movement to identify specific hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies. In addition, you will also be responsible for preparation of regular talent reports, update HR records and filing as well as review policies and procedures on talent acquisition and development.
About the Person
Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
At least 4 years of relevant working experience
Well versed with labour ordinance and related legal regulations in Hong Kong
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office applications

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
