About the Company
Our client is a leading fashion retail group with a strong presence in the region. They are now at an exciting stage of growth which has created a great opportunity for a highly skilled Human Resources Professional to join their regional HR team in Hong Kong.

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will provide full support in the cycle of HR process mainly in the part of recruitment & selection based on the hiring requests from stakeholders. You will define the best recruitment methods and carry out the related recruitment activities in order to fill up the vacancies in a timely manner. You will also proactively participate in the projects and provide HR support to the external and internal business partners. Last but not least, you will handle all post-employment follow up, staffing related matters & other routine HR operations tasks.

About the Person
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 3 years of relevant experience in sizable companies and fast-paced business environment, preferably in retail industry
  • Well-versed with Employment Ordinance of Hong Kong
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS applications such as Excel, Words and PowerPoint
  • High attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, fast-paced, multi-tasking, result-oriented and self-motivated
