About the Role Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will provide full support in the cycle of HR process mainly in the part of recruitment & selection based on the hiring requests from stakeholders. You will define the best recruitment methods and carry out the related recruitment activities in order to fill up the vacancies in a timely manner. You will also proactively participate in the projects and provide HR support to the external and internal business partners. Last but not least, you will handle all post-employment follow up, staffing related matters & other routine HR operations tasks.
About the Person
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
3 years of relevant experience in sizable companies and fast-paced business environment, preferably in retail industry
Well-versed with Employment Ordinance of Hong Kong
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficient in MS applications such as Excel, Words and PowerPoint
High attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills
Independent, fast-paced, multi-tasking, result-oriented and self-motivated

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
