A growing wellness and fitness operator with a state of the art facilities spanning across Hong Kong and China is now seeking for a passionate individual to join them as the HR Manager. As the HR Manager, you will be the key point of contact in providing support to the full spectrum of HR function in alignment to business objectives and goals. You will take an active role in planning, developing and implementing effective HR practices to support the needs of the fast-growing business. In addition, you will play a vocal role in establishing a strong relationship with both internal and external stakeholders. You will also be required to maintain an up to date knowledge of labor ordinances and HR regulations in relation to company need and make adjustments accordingly.
The Successful Applicant
Diploma or above holder in HR Management or relevant discipline is preferred
A minimum 5 years of hands on HR generalist background accumulated from a retail environment is preferred
Independent, good problem solving skills and able work under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
