About our Client
Our client is a leading luxury diamond jewellery retailers with over a century of diamantaire legacy. To cope with the expansion of the business, they are actively seeking for an experienced IT Helpdesk professionals to join them.

About the Role
Reporting to the IT Manager, you will perform support for both Windows and Mac platform, Laptop/Desktop formatting and operating system installation, applications installation and configuration, printer installation and troubleshooting. You will also co-ordinate with the internet and telephone service providers, work closely with vendors, conduct regular backup management and provide Apple products support. Travelling is required.

About the Candidate
  • Degree or Diploma holder in IT related discipline
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience
  • MCSE/CCNA certified
  • Ability to work independently with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
