Job Description
Job Descriptions

• Reporting to the Group CEO directly, working closely with the Operations Head of the BU.
• Drive sales for current customers and development of new accounts
• Deliver the sales target
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans, forecasts and goals to achieve results
• Monitor marketing intelligence and provides recommendations to improve the business performance

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration or Engineering
• At least 10+ years of successful industrial sales and sales management experience gained in sizable organization
• Strategic vision and mindset
• Strong business acumen and able to generate business opportunity
• Has passion and track record for being innovative, not just following the old ways of doing things
• Background in metal parts manufacturing will be added advantage
