About the Role Reporting to the General Manager and leading a able marketing team, you will be responsible for developing annual brand management plan, driving strategic marketing campaigns to meet the top line targets. Owing the multiple product categories, you will prepare different marketing programs to induce product awareness and translate into traffic and transaction. You will also contribute consumer insight and market trend to the Product R&D Team to keep a constant excitement of the brand. Having a strong popularity among the diversifted targeted customer groups, you will lead a team to launch the regular channel promotions and overview their effectiveness. 15+ years marketing experience gained from leading FMCG / Retail organisations
Track record of developing comprehensive marketing strategy
Hands on experience in marketing proposal preparation & presentation
Exceptional leadership skills and team coaching skills
Strategic, problem solving, flexible, sound commercial sense plus PNL ability
University degree in Marketing, Business Management or related discipline

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
