Our client from a Financial Services Group is looking for a Head of Information Technology to lead a team to drive new technology and manage IT daily operation, provide quality service in system development & technical support.
Perform IT strategic planning, governance and compliance
Implement new technology to support the business strategy and growth
Design technical blueprints and lead the development of corporate architecture
Manage the architecture including cybersecurity, portal services, new technology, application management, enterprise integration, application architecture, data and related architecture;
Provide users requirement analysis, solution recommendation, system implementation & training
Project management to develop proprietary software for trading and risk management
Propose system improvements and solution
Implement new technology to support business strategy and growth
Review IT policies, standards & contingency plan (BCP) to support business for risk management
Manage IT budgeting
Degree holder in Information Technology or related
Minimums 10 years related experience and at least 5 years in managerial role in financial industry
Understanding in trading systems such as BSS, ATS on Securities and Commodities
Knowledge of SFC regulations and compliance
Experience in developing middle-back-office system including risk management tools linking settlement.
Passionate to new technology and applying into financial services;
Good command of written and spoken in English & Cantonese

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
