Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

3.1               全面负责各运用部门,确保年度财务目标和长期盈利能力

3.2               管控运营收入、成本,达到财务指标

3.3               负责运营的组织架构建设,设置合理架构

3.4               负责主要下属的绩效考评

3.5               根据运营的业务发展,关注运营的梯队建设

3.6               核心流程执行总部标准化

3.7               在核心流程框架下,执行流程可以优化,体现本土特色

3.8               及时上传下达总部的各类战略、规划和方向

3.9               协调部门、人员关系,提升团队战斗力

3.10            负责与客户的业务沟通等等工作,满足客户需求

3.11            加强硬件建设,确保良好的工作环境

3.12            注重各类安全包括信息等

3.13            遵守赛科斯道德行为准则

3.14            配合完成GM或区域总部安排的其他工作

4. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge

 

 

4.1 Educational Qualification: 大学本科及以上学历

4.2 Industry Knowledge: 呼叫中心经验优先〉软件外包行业

4.3 Work Experience:10年以上相关工作经验(管理岗位经验)

4.4 Certificate: 具备外包服务行业认证证书者优先 如:COPC

4.5 熟悉公司P&L财务报表,需对数字敏感

4.6 Languages: 英文听说读写流利

4.7 Computer: 熟练操作Office软件,如Viso, ExcelPPT
