About the Role Reporting to the General Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for driving the food and beverage business in a luxury resort in Hong Kong. You will oversee the food and beverage division and implementing creative business strategies to improve operational workflow and to achieve aggressive business goals. Besides financial responsibilities and business management, you will be providing regular training for your team to improve overall performance and service standards.
The Ideal Candidate To qualify, you will have a minimum of 6 years' working experience gained from reputable food and beverage sector, ideally from an international 5-star hotel group. You must possess a strong entrepreneurial mind-set and with a track record in driving successful food and beverage businesses. Strong leadership and influential skills is also required for this position. Complete fluency in English and Chinese is a prerequisite.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
