About our Client

Our client is a listed conglomerate with sound presence in the hospitality industry for many decades. To cope with their business expansion plan, they would like to invite an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join their new prestigious resort in Hong Kong.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for driving the food and beverage business in a luxury resort in Hong Kong. You will oversee the food and beverage division and implementing creative business strategies to improve operational workflow and to achieve aggressive business goals. Besides financial responsibilities and business management, you will be providing regular training for your team to improve overall performance and service standards.

The Ideal Candidate

To qualify, you will have a minimum of 6 years' working experience gained from reputable food and beverage sector, ideally from an international 5-star hotel group. You must possess a strong entrepreneurial mind-set and with a track record in driving successful food and beverage businesses. Strong leadership and influential skills is also required for this position. Complete fluency in English and Chinese is a prerequisite.
