Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team with Financial Analysts and System Developers in Hong Kong and India
  • Implement a mindset of continuous improvement to maintain and enhance the existing system in order to make the current forecasting process more efficient
  • Partner closely with HR and FP&A functions regionally and locally on the reporting and forecasting module
  • Design an end-to-end process leading to a seamless monthly 2-year-reforecasting and producing cash forecasts
  • Represent Finance in a company-wide BI implementation and ensure the integration of the current Financial Systems platform in the overall IT landscape
  • Participate in the deployment of existing solutions to other regions while challenging existing Finance processes to get alignment across countries
Requirements:
  • BS or BA required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems. MBA, or financial software certification, particularly in Essbase, HFM or TM1 is a plus
  • Around 10 years of experience in financial controlling and systems administration
  • Understand Finance processes and support other Financial functions in re-designing existing processes and transforming Finance
  • Solid technical and analytical skills are required to troubleshoot consolidation and reporting issues
  • Be able to multi-task and see the big picture by understanding the end-to-end flow of data within systems.
  • Good communication skills and creative thinking is required to make recommendations for system design, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity
