PurposeProvide strategic leadership and management of the Asia Pacific Regional Office for Executive Education in Hong Kong, PRC. The executive director supervises a staff and is responsible for all aspects of the open enrollment and customized portfolios of executive education programs. This includes overseeing and participating in strategic planning, determining program portfolio mix based on market analysis, new business development, faculty engagement, key account management, program management, program delivery and the processes and systems associated with all of the above. Responsibilities include meeting enrollment targets, revenue goals, client and participant satisfaction standards, faculty engagement levels, and margin goals.
