Our client is a major player in the health and beauty sector with extensive operations in Hong Kong and South East Asia. Due to continued expansion on their retail and online business, a need has arisen to recruit an Ecommerce Merchandising Manager to support their business growth.
Reporting to the Ecommerce Director and managing a team of 2, you will lead the digital merchandising strategies and develop insights through analyses that drive volume, profitability and mix improvements. Define and manage seasonal, monthly, and weekly site content calendar in partnership with buying and marketing team to ensure product placement and propose new merchandise strategies to engage consumers and grow profitable sales. You are also require to review and react to sales performance by continually seek ways to implement strategies to improve overall merchandise productivity and online sales.
Minimum 7 years of related experience in Ecommerce, Site Merchandising, or Buying from a FMCG or retail industry
Degree holder in Business, Merchandising, Marketing or related field
Experience with tools and technologies used for website merchandising and management
Firm grasp of digital merchandising and marketing methods and processes
Passion for and continued curiosity in the digital space, tools and trends
Keep up to date with evolving technology trends and explore new and effective products or enhancements that will improve site experience and generate revenue and profits
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good command in Chinese and English

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
