JOB SUMMARY: The District Security Manager is responsible for the client’s security operations within China. The Manager oversees the administrative offices and resolves issues concerning employees travelling into the district as well all as all security-related matters. The Manager will implement security policies, standards, guidelines and programs across all product lines and locations within that given geography.
Essential Functions Include:
Represent Pinkerton’s core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
Provide leadership and daily management of security personnel.
Develop, implement, and maintain security processes and strategies across all operating units;
Reduce security-related risks, respond to incidents, limit exposure to liability or regulatory compliance, and reduce financial and/or asset loss.
Establish appropriate standards and risk controls associated with intellectual property, employee security, product counterfeiting and related issues at the facility level;
Research and deploy technical solutions to safeguard corporate assets.
Manage preventive programs and services to protect against business disruptions in a cost effective manner.
Communicate security-related issues/updates to the Regional Security Director;
Provide leadership direction to management and integrate into the business units operating within the district.
Anticipate process partner needs and provide high priority to satisfaction and service.
Develop collaborative relationships; provide expertise, technical guidance, and training to ensure effective security services.
Develop and maintain relationships with emergency responders which includes, but is not limited to, district law enforcement, fire specialists, and medical first care providers.
Assist with the planning and implementation of the crisis management process and partner with agencies to develop business contingency plans.
Manage the district capital and expense security operations budget.
All other duties, as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in a relevant area of study with ten years of intelligence, public service, or private sector security organization. International security experience is required. Bi-lingual skills; English and Chinese.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
