Our client is an established food and beverage group with strong business developments across Hong Kong and Greater China. To cope with their business growth, they are hiring an experienced General Manager to oversee their restaurants in Shanghai.
Based in Shanghai and directly reporting to the Business Owner, this position will be responsible in driving the business for 18 existing restaurants and take lead on new restaurant development projects in Shanghai. You will lead a team of 300 staff and to ensure restaurant operations are aligned with corporate's operating guidelines and standards. Additionally, you'll ensure the highest food quality and service standards are delivered by providing regular staff training and implementing strategic improvement plans. Finally, you'll have to achieve financial objectives by continually building sales and growing a highly profitable business for the group.
The Ideal Candidate: To qualify, you have a minimum of 10 years' restaurant management experience, ideally in Japanese cuisine in the Greater China region. You possess strong leadership and influential skills to train and develop your team. Having strong P&L management experience, budget and decision making skills will be a definite advantage. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a prerequisite for this role.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
