About our Client Our client is a global luxury jewellery brand with an extensive establishment in the region. To cope with their rapid business expansion, they are looking to recruit an expert in photography and digital media to join their marketing team in Hong Kong.
About the Role Reporting to Communication Manager, you are the key person to manage social media platforms and photo / video production. You are required to maintain steady flow of content on every social media platform to build brand awareness consistently. Moreover, you will be responsible for shooting photos, video and editing to style and prepare for photo / video production. You will also open to new ideas and work closely with other team members on photo / video production.
About the Candidate Suitable candidate will have:
Experience with lighting and shooting on DSLRs and other HD cameras
Prior working experience in luxury brands
Candidates with agencies background who are eager to join luxury retail will also be considered
Proficiency in digital media software tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Must be familiar with social media tools (Instagram, Facebook, Wechat)

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
