To cope with this rapidly growing business and with the aim to provide an innovative and convenient banking platform for their customers, our client is looking for a high calibre candidate to play an integral part in the Digital Banking team.
About the Role Reporting to the Head of Digital Analytics, you are responsible for leading digital channel performance tracking across different digital platforms including e-banking, mobile and website, in order to provide insights for further actions based on digital analytics. You will work closely with different stakeholders to drive e-sales on investment products including design strategy in digital platform. You will drive development of the bank's digital products and service offerings.
Degree holder with at least 5-years relevant experience in banking and financial industry
Hands on experience on web analytic tools such as GA, AA and Webtrends etc.
Good understanding of digital analytics and technology development and knowledge of how to drive digital strategy
Strong business acumen and with great sense of ownership and responsibility
Good communication, interpersonal, project management and problem solving skills
Proficient in both English and Chinese

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
