Helping users in requirement gathering (BRS preparation) and system analysis to check if new product/fund features are feasible in existing system capabilities.
Sorting Day 1 and Day 2 items for users and communicate client about gaps (if any).
After new product/fund launch is confirmed, work on cost estimation, preparing environment for testing, executing offline and supporting UAT of transaction processing system (RLS) and Accounting system of AXA (Fund management FMS and General ledger GL).
Configuration of the product in the system from scratch within a maximum time frame of 4 weeks and preparing all relevant project documents.
Communicating with business about queries, defects resolution and bridging gaps between various stakeholders (E-fund, E-life, RLS, MCS, ODS teams and business) during UAT cycles is also one of my primary responsibility.
Implementation of the product in production.
Regular interaction with the business users calls for an acute understanding of the functional domain of the project. It is indispensable as during client calls, the technical code flow needs to be intimated to the client in functional terms with them having little-to-no technical know-how of the project.
Training project associates regularly on technical knowledge and keeping them at par with the recent trends of Insurance industry.
