This newly setup Digital Team will provide extensive digital servies on both online and mobile platforms. A need has arisen to recruit an experienced Data Scientist to move the company to a data driven organization and generate business insight.
About the Role As a Data Scientist, you will play a vital role in generating key insights into customer behaviours, finding innovative approaches to establish causality that is otherwise too messy and not possible through observational studeies, design and build predictive models. You will also drive and manage multiple projects from research, planning, designing to final delivery. You will be passionate to learn and deploy latest technologies in machine learning and deep learning, and have to ambition to become the industry leader.
About the Candidate
Master degree or higher qualifications in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or other Quantatives Disciplines with strong association with data science, machine learning, deep learning, and analytics
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FS sector
In-depth knowledge and experience with machine learning, supervised, unspervised and reinforcement, classification, regression, clustering models
Programming expert in C, C++, R and Python
Experience in working within and structuring large data sets
Strong management skills in leading major projects
High technical aptitude, problem solving abilities, intellectual curiosity, motivation, and passion for data discovery
Open-minded and self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong sense of responsibility
Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
