Our client is a luxury brand looking for a Customer Services Associate – Thai Speaking to join in their APAC team. This team will provide excellent customer services by email or phone.Responsibilities
• Answer customer requests or enquiries by phone or email in a professional manner
• Handle customer compliant via various channels including customer hotline, written channels, and referral from internal parties.
• Be familiar with FAQs and providing solutions to customers
• Managing goods returns or repairs under company guideline, and provide advice or solution until cases are satisfied and resolved.
• Participating in ad hoc projects when required
• Hands on experience with customer service
• Excellent spoken and written communication skill
• Fluent in Thai and English are a must.
