Job Description
1. Define and implement effective customer service standards and processes to enhance customer service experience and satisfaction to achieve company sales goals

2. Supervise, lead and efficiently deploy a team of customer service staff and agents to deliver high level customer service to VIP, conducted groups and other customers

3. Take ownership and follow through for resolution of major customer issues

4. Determine customer requirements by maintaining contact with customers, conducting surveys and utilization of applicable customer service database and tools for analysis and identification of customer needs and formulate necessary improvement action plans

5. Keep abreast of market development and best practices in customer service and propose new initiatives to Management to elevate customer service standards

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree

2. Proven track record with at least 5 years as a customer service manager in a retail industry

3. Effective communication skills and service oriented

4. Able to multi task and has advance problem solving skills
