About the Client
Our client is a listed securities firm in Hong Kong. As the company strives to continue its success, they are now recruiting a dynamic and passionate individual to join them as the Customer Service Manager.

ABout the Role
Reporting to the Team Head, you will lead the Customer Service team to provide quality and professional customer service to clients. You are also required to provide all rounded support in the area of client services including accounts opening and handling clients' enquires. Besides, you have to build up and maintain client relationship and identify business opportunities. Last but not least, you will assist trading activities and order execution on securities brokerage business.

Requirements
  • Bachelor degree holder or above in any disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in securities brokerage industry
  • Qualified to be registered as SFC Representative in Type 1 regulated activities
  • Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
