About the Client Our client is a listed securities firm in Hong Kong. As the company strives to continue its success, they are now recruiting a dynamic and passionate individual to join them as the Customer Service Manager.
ABout the Role Reporting to the Team Head, you will lead the Customer Service team to provide quality and professional customer service to clients. You are also required to provide all rounded support in the area of client services including accounts opening and handling clients' enquires. Besides, you have to build up and maintain client relationship and identify business opportunities. Last but not least, you will assist trading activities and order execution on securities brokerage business.
Bachelor degree holder or above in any disciplines
Minimum 3 years' experience in securities brokerage industry
Qualified to be registered as SFC Representative in Type 1 regulated activities
Fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
