To undertake incorporation of companies
Answering the daily emails and phone calls from clients and attending to their orders in a prompt and diligent manner
Arranging for legal opinion from local attorneys, attending to execution of documents by directors and nominee shareholders and setting up nominee services
To undertake all post incorporation work including preparation of certificate of incumbencies, dissolutions, amendments to memorandum and articles of association, continuations, keeping of registers, notarization and apostilles
Drafting resolutions and powers of attorneys for clients to ensure proper and lawful administration of companies
Issuing invoices for orders and timely dispatch of documentation to clients in conformity with orders
Filing all necessary documents and information with the HK registry
To maintain a proper system of filling and storage of information relating to each company incorporated
To comply with all relevant KYC and Compliance requirements as required by the different jurisdictions company’s operate
Undertake to the best of your abilities such duties
and tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Office Manager for the
proper functioning, maintenance and appearance of the office
Degree holder in any discipline
One year up experience as Corporate Administrator or Company Secretary
Secretarial experience gained in Offshore Incorporation or Legal firm is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access
Enthusiastic, mature, able to multi-task
Willing to learn new skills and take on different tasks as required
Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Immediately available is preferred
Salary negotiable (HK$ 15-25K) depends on qualification and working experience.
