Job Description
Client Relation Manager (Sales)

The Client Relations Manager (Sales)
will be responsible for the sales of wine school services.

Develop prospects & sales channels
  • Generate and follow up leads 
  • Work closely with Customer Service and Marketing to develop sales strategy 
  • Provide training to Customer Service to maximize sales opportunities 
  • Work with team to design new courses for students 
  • Assist in marketing and communication plan 
  • Attend classes to develop relations with students and review the class atmosphere and responses 
  • Look for opportunities to present wine school in different events/opportunities 
  • Organize events to promote sales of wine classes 
  • Propose tailor-made offers to specific clients 


Requirements
  • Sales Experience with wine industry or wine services industry highly preferable 
  • Able to work within a fast paced working environment 
  • Must have managed a team previously 
  • Good command of spoken of English and Cantonese, with conversational Mandarin will be an advantage. 
  • Mature, pleasant, self-motivated, detailed-mind, and able to work independently 
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
