Job Description

Call Center Representative (Sun Off-Alternate Sat Off)

Customer Service Hotline:

* Answer inbound call and handle inquiry about electronic/consumer product
* Follow up repair order and complaint
* 5-5.5 day, 8 work hours during 8:50-19:00, Day off on Sun & Public Holiday

Customer Service Survey:

* Make outbound call for customer satisfaction survey

* 5-5.5 day work during 10:00-19:00 on Mon-Fri, Day off on Sun & Public Holiday/Sat is occasional

Requirements:

* F.5 or above, 1 year+ working experience at customer service field
* Fluent Cantonese / Good command of spoken English & Mandarin
* Excellent customer service mindsets
* Previous working experience in call center will be an advantage
* Short notice is preferred

Candidate posses with professional written and complaint handling skill will be considered for senior position of "Customer Relations Officer"​
