Our client is a leading Hong Kong manufacturing group with over 50 years of successful track record. One key business is an optical fiber cable assembly manufacturing operation with factories in Shenzhen and Dongguan. The business is growing strongly and is looking to bring on-board an experienced Business Development Manager to establish relationships with new customers in the Telecom and Data Center sectors in China/Hong Kong as well as for the US and Europe.
Reporting to the BU Head directly, working closely with the Operations Head of the BU.
Develop market intelligence to identify potential customers or projects that require optical fiber cable assemblies.
Focus on establishing relationships with new customers in the Telecom and Data Center markets, either end-users, channel partners or System integrators catering to these markets.
Drive and implement business strategies and initiatives to maximize sales and channel capacity
Over time develop and implement strategic sales plans, forecasts and goals to achieve results
Monitor marketing intelligence and provides recommendations to improve the business performance
Degree holder in Business Administration or Engineering
At least 10+ years of successful industrial sales and sales management experience gained in sizable organization, in the telecoms and data center industries, or in companies upplying to these industries.
Has strategic vision and mindset
Possess strong business acumen and able to generate business opportunities
Has passion and track record for being innovative, not just following the old ways of doing things

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
