About the Role Reporting to the Marketing Manager and leading a team of 2, you will be the key person to manage the brand performance and overall A&P planning. You will formulate and implement the marketing plan of the assigned brands and work with on and off trade partners to roll out marketing and promotional strategies. Moreover, you will perform depletion forecasts and inventory control.
Bachelor degree in marketing or related disciplines
5 years' experience in marketing, trade marketing or senior sales role in FMCG industry or alcohol or beverage is a must
Strong business acumen with good negotiation skills
Attending special events at night or weekend will be required
Computer Literate; proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
