About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager - Broadband Marketing, you will be responsible for the marketing planning and analysis, integrating customer segmentation and research information. You will obtain and analyze relevant customer data and provide business insights to support strategic planning. You are also expected to manage the integrated marketing campaigns from planning and implementation of the value-added services/products.
Degree holder with at least 5 years of business analysis experience, preferably in telecommunications, FMCG or banking industry
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Independent, self-starter with strong business sense
Excellent presentation, communications and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Complete fluency in both English and Chinese is essential

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
