About our Client Our client is an international cosmetics company with a strong presence in the region. To cope with their rapid business expansion, they are now looking for a CRM & Project Manager to join their team.
About the Role Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a hands-on role. Working closely with other functional teams, your responsibilities will include developing and managing the CRM plans and online campaigns (i.e. brand site, eDM, SMS) and setting achievable and measurable KPIs. You are also responsible for website development / revamp and management on the E-commerce side. You will ensure the effectiveness of CRM programs and set budget and analyse ROI by generating monthly CRM reports, campaign / promotion reports periodically and share insights for improvement.
University graduate in Marketing or related discipline with 5 years of working experience in CRM
Experience in HTML, website development are required
Detail orientation and sensitivity in data and analytics
Strong people and collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Assistant CRM & Project Manager

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
