After intensive training and development, the incumbent is
expected to manage financial planning, business planning and corporate
governance in our large, integrated organization with its own in-house R&D,
manufacturing and global distribution.Requirements:
audit experience with large accounting firm
project experience with reputable MNC or consulting firm in the transformative improvement of management information system (MIS) and control, either in leadership or support role; Organization and Methods
(O&M) knowledge a strong asset
controller experience in sizable (revenue USD 100 million +, workforce 3000+) labor intensive manufacturing operation in China
China financial management experience in accounting, costing, taxation, system and control, MIS management, budgeting, management reporting, management control and accounting
high level of integrity, fortitude to exercise authority in driving compliance for all aspects of business operation for 8 factories in the group
Good English and Mandarin
The incumbent will be based in Xiamen (China) under the

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
