Our client is an international company urgently seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their team on a contractual basis. It an excellent opportunity to gain experience working in a multinational company. This is a 6 months contract. Starting immediately.
Perform daily routines, accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash flow
Handle inquiries internally and externally
Perform intercompany bank account transfer and monthly bank reconciliations
Prepare month end accrual journals
Take up ad-hoc projects as required
Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce or related field
Experienced in accounts payable preferred. fresh graduate with good attitude would also be considered
Brilliant skills in MS Excel
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management skills

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
