Process Employee Expense Claim form and vendor invoices efficiently and accurately
Perform daily routines, accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash flow
Prepare bank reconciliation
Assist the Accountant in all functions of Cashiers Sections
Support month end closing
Other Ad hoc assignments
Degree in Finance or Accounting or any relevant discipline
1-2 years accounting experiences
Good verbal and communication skills
Fluent in English and Chinese
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Fresh Grad with good attitude would be also considered
Immediately available or under two week notice

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
