Within Asia Pacific, they operate offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taipei, Shanghai and PRC, serving over 500 companies in the region. They are looking to hire a Account Manager (B2B) to their team in Hong Kong.
Responsible for revenue growth, sales and accountable for service performance
Formulate effective sales plan for leads, set up client meetings, and make sales pitches
Prepare proposals of tailored solution for specific clients based on their specific needs
Develop sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Work closely across in-house project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of digital solutions to clients
Support marketing initiatives and campaigns as needed
Assist with high severity client requests or issue escalations as needed
Degree holder in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration
Two years or above of sales or accounts management experience
Strong selling, communication, and analytical skills
Solid written and spoken English and Chinese (both Putonghua and Cantonese)
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
